I'm an American living in Moscow - been here about 8 years. Currently renting a beautiful apartment with another person 50-50 and now my roomie is moving away, so I'm looking for someone else to share the room. If anyone need short or long-term, it's a great place in central Moscow, fabulous place - a true palace. I decided that its impossible to leave from the place. It's too perfect. But, alas, I still can't afford it by myself, so I need a new roomie is still available.
Here's the apartment details:
Beautiful 3-room (living room, 2 bedrooms) apartment on Kutuzovskiy Prospect, where it joins Dorogomilovskaya (between Kievskaya & Kutuzovskiy) metro stations. Apartment doesn't face the main road and peacefully overlooks the quiet yard. Beautiful renovation with kitchen and living room joined as studio room. Bright, light painted rooms (no wallpaper). Tiled living room, heated floors. Two large bedrooms, large third storage room. Bedroom is about 24 square meters - large and fully furnished with very nice furniture. And I can provide part of the storage room.
Maid comes once a week (extra 600 rub/week for renter to have clothes washed and ironed, room cleaned), but living room and shared area always clean. Living room has full electronic setup. Fully equipped with projector movies, plasma TV, stereo, modern design lighting, etc.
Rent is 1,300 Euros a month. That's the price for the room. The entire apartment is 2,500 euros and I'm covering the electricity, phone, internet, etc. So half price is 1,300 Euros.
I can rent it out short term or long-term. |

Good point!
I'm a 25 year old American female. I've lived here for 8 years now. Speak fluent Russian. I'm a Director in a large PR agency. Workaholic, but also love to party. Hang out with many expats. Smoker, drink. Don't have pets. Clean, organized.
I don't have criteria for the roommate... All my best friends are guys, so I think I'd get along just as well (or better) with a guy roomie compared to a female, but who knows. Age, nationality, job, etc don't matter with me. I get along well with just about everyone. |
