Hi guys,
I'm new on this forum, I'd just to know if living in russia (S. Petersbourg for instance) the local (russian) mobile operator apply a tax in incoming calls when received from abroad!
I mean, if I'm in russia and a friend from Spain, calls me on my mobile with russian sim card inside, do i pay too, or just him?
Thank you very much,
Mario |

Hi man,
There is a law in Russia that all incoming calls are free and are paid buy calling party. I have never faced exceptions even if there are. |
