Hi Everybody!
I have Hotel reservation for a week in Sankt Petersburg..Afterwards I was thinking going to Helsinki- are there any tips or recomeded sites to see there? Or perhaps you recomed on other trips outside Sankt Petersburg?

Noting that Helsinki is in the other country, I can also recomend you Paris and Venice as other intersting trips outside St.-Petersburg 
But I suppose you wanted to know something closer to St.-Petersburg. Or to Helsinki? Did not understand your question.
You want to know places of interest in St.-Petersburg? In the near suburbs? Or in Helsinki? |

After spending a week in Piter, you want to spend at least another week in Piter.
If you list some of your interests, that may help. You are in the Golden Circle and there is so much fascinating history around this city including Tver, Pskov and Russia's Oldest city Novgorod. You can have so many day trips. |

Paul, I'm just wondering, what do you mean by the Golden Circle? If it is the Golden Ring, it has nothing to do with Pskov or Novgorod, it includes the most ancient towns around Moscow (8 main ones plus up to 10 which are smaller but really beautiful). |
