I would like to know what is the best time of the year to visit Moscow? What are some hotels I could stay at with pretty good rates and comfort?

What is the priority comfort or rate?
Personally, the summer is the best time IMHO. June is for Piter and July for Moscow.
Hotels, the hotels in Izmailovo Complex is the best value for the money for a hotel. It is close to the Metro so travel is convenient.
Flats are easy to rent also, generally more expensive but if you are staying longer time, you have more privacy, access to washing machine, and you can cook your own food. Other options that can be added include internet and some have telephones with unlimited calling to the west. |
