I will be arriving at the DME airport at 17:20, and I want to be able to fly to Samara in the same day at 19:00 also from DME, I wounder if that is enough time for me to go thru the whole arriving and immigration thing in DME, or if there is a high risk of me missing the fly..

It's a risk. I wouldn't recommend you to buy such tickets.

You are very unlikely to make this connection.

I have never got through DME in less than 1 hour and once in 2.5 hours. Then don't forget you have to line up again for your next flight and go through another security procedure. Don't risk it.

Russian flights and timeliness is not always the same.
Two hour min.
It is worse if you are going back to the USA. I was once there when they inspected every bag of everyone and it took 4 hours!!!
It was not the Russians fault, but America was being paranoid at that moment.

maybe it was accidentaly,

but a friend of mine arrived at DME last week around 15.45 hours, and at 16.30 hours he was already waiting outside the airport on russian soil. He came in from Dusseldorf and had no problems at all with customs and luggage.

So everything is possible....
